06-2025 | CUPUM 2025 and Best Early Career Paper Award

Urban Morphology Studio took part in CUPUM 2025, held at UCL in London on 23–27 June 2025.

The paper on urban origin–destination flow prediction by Minwei Zhao (first author) and Cai Wu received the Best Early Career Paper Award. Minwei is a PhD student supervised by Cai Wu.

Cai Wu co-organized a workshop with Mingshu Wang and Ziqi Li on AI and machine learning in urban planning. The team’s contributions also included Minwei’s research on mobility prediction, Guosheng Yang’s poster on street-view heterogeneity, and Yunlei Su’s work on VR-based urban perception.
